Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Advisor to join our dynamic sales team. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our sales processes, engage with potential customers, and contribute to our revenue growth while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying new sales opportunities through research and outreach
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to understand their needs and provide product information
- Support senior sales advisors in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights
- Continuously learn about our product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or retail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-tech or service-oriented environment
- Familiarity with sales metrics and performance indicators
- Relevant coursework or training in business, marketing, or communications
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
