Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rural Mail Carrier Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our rural delivery services. This role is critical in ensuring that mail is delivered efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational compliance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of rural mail carriers to ensure timely and accurate mail delivery.
- Manage scheduling, routes, and workload distribution to optimize efficiency and performance.

- Ensure compliance with postal regulations and safety standards in all delivery operations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or management is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in mail delivery or logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of postal regulations and delivery operations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
Preferred:
- Experience with route planning and optimization.
- Proficiency in using delivery management software and tools.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with delivery management software and GPS navigation tools.
