Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Postal Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our postal facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with postal regulations, and optimizing service efficiency to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of postal staff to ensure efficient operation and adherence to established protocols

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain operational integrity

- Manage inventory and ordering of postal supplies, ensuring availability while minimizing costs
- Prepare reports on operations and staff performance for management review
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in postal services or a related operational environment
- Proven track record of supervisory experience with strong leadership skills
- Understanding of postal regulations and operational best practices
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced postal or logistics environment
- Proficiency with postal software and technology systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with postal management systems and electronic mailing technologies
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements based on findings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation
