Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Route Sales Driver to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Drive designated routes to deliver products efficiently and on schedule
- Engage customers during deliveries to promote brand loyalty and gather feedback
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring product availability
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and sales transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during transport and delivery
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to lift and move heavy products safely
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a delivery, sales, or customer service role
- Familiarity with the local area and route planning
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
