We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, as well as safety procedures
Preferred:
- Experience with budgeting and financial management within a housekeeping department
- Proficiency in property management systems and housekeeping software
- Certification in hospitality management or related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and sanitation protocols
