- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Proficiency in data analysis software and laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, and titration
- Experience with chemical synthesis and formulation development
- Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in chemical manufacturing
