We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Procurement to lead our global procurement operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record of leadership in a global context.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex contracts and supplier relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that drive operational excellence and cost savings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the technology, manufacturing, or retail sectors.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.

- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, including e-sourcing platforms and spend analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
