Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to lead the procurement function at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in managing complex supplier relationships and contracts.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent.
- Experience with digital procurement tools and e-sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
