Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and compassionate Director of Social Work to lead our dedicated team in delivering high-quality social services. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of programs that promote the well-being of individuals and families while ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the social work department, ensuring that all services are delivered effectively and in alignment with organizational goals.

- Oversee the assessment, planning, and evaluation of client services, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and culturally competent.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of social work principles, practices, and ethical standards.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a healthcare or community service setting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative social work programs.
- Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation.
- Experience with grant writing and funding acquisition.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
