Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Social Work to lead our dynamic social work department. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 8+ years of supervisory experience in a social work setting, with a proven track record of program management.
- Demonstrated understanding of federal and state regulations governing social services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Preferred:
- Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) or related field.
- Experience in grant writing and securing funding for social service programs.
- Background in community organizing and advocacy.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and data management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices in social work and program evaluation methodologies.
