Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Psychiatrist to join our innovative mental health team. In this fully remote role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional psychiatric care to diverse populations, utilizing telehealth technologies to reach patients where they are. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including patient interviews, mental status examinations, and diagnostic assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, providing ongoing support and education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, social workers, and primary care providers, to ensure holistic care
- Participate in case conferences and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization
- Engage in continuous professional development through supervision, training, and participation in research initiatives
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with completed residency training in Psychiatry
- Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry
