Role Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Junior Pediatric Psychiatrist to join our pediatric mental health team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Engage with families to provide education and support regarding mental health issues and treatment options
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO degree with completed residency in psychiatry
- Eligibility for board certification in child and adolescent psychiatry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with young patients and their families
Preferred:
- Experience in pediatric psychiatry, including exposure to various therapeutic modalities
- Familiarity with community resources and support systems for children with mental health needs
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Understanding of psychiatric assessment tools and treatment methodologies
- Knowledge of current trends and research in pediatric psychiatry
