Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in proposal management within a corporate or government contracting environment
- Proven track record of leading successful proposal efforts resulting in contract awards
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and proposal evaluation criteria
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in managing a team of proposal professionals
- Familiarity with CRM and proposal management software
- Advanced degree in business, communications, or a related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
