Role Overview
As a Junior Proposal Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our proposal development process. You will assist in the preparation of high-quality proposals and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional services to our clients. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in proposal management, project coordination, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred:
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Familiarity with proposal management software or tools
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with document management systems and collaboration tools
