Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Programs to lead our strategic initiatives and oversee the execution of our program portfolio. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in program management or related field, with a proven track record of leading successful programs
- Strong understanding of program development methodologies and best practices
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive program vision
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a nonprofit or social impact organization

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
