Role Overview
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Program Administrator to support our program management team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of programs, and contributing to the overall success of our initiatives. Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of program activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes

- Support the development and maintenance of program documentation, including reports, presentations, and project plans
- Monitor program progress and assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with project goals
- Manage logistics for program events, including arranging venues, catering, and participant communications
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new team members and support training initiatives
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or program coordination role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
Preferred:
- Experience in program or project management within a relevant industry
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
