Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Program Administration to lead and optimize our program management efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing program administration processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving performance excellence across multiple programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program administration strategies that optimize operational efficiency and enhance overall program performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to establish clear program objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring successful execution of projects
- Monitor and analyze program metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the program lifecycle
- Establish best practices for program governance, risk management, and compliance
- Provide mentorship and support to program managers and their teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in program administration or management, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale programs
- Strong understanding of program governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams towards common goals
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior leadership position within a complex, fast-paced organizational environment
- Advanced degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive organizational success
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar)
