Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Proven ability to use data analysis tools and software (e.g., ERP systems) to drive decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with advanced planning systems (APS) and statistical forecasting techniques.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
