Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Accounting Manager to lead our accounting processes specifically for production operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on production or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP
- Proven track record of financial analysis and reporting in a production setting
Preferred:
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Experience with ERP systems and production accounting software
- Knowledge of cost accounting and budgeting processes
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
