Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure compliance with contracts and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement strategies within broader organizational objectives
- Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to inform strategic sourcing decisions
- Ensure adherence to procurement best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 15+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing high-stakes contracts
- Strong analytical skills and experience with procurement data analysis and reporting
- Ability to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing diverse teams
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Certification from a recognized procurement or supply chain organization (e.g., CPSM, CIPS)
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry, particularly in technology or manufacturing
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools for e-sourcing and supplier management
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics platforms
- Knowledge of contract management software and compliance tracking tools
