Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Process Development to lead our efforts in streamlining and optimizing operational processes. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in process development or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives in a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of process development methodologies and tools, including Lean and Six Sigma.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Preferred:
