Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Managing Partner for our Probate Law practice, who will lead a dynamic team dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of estate planning and probate processes. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Probate Law practice, ensuring exceptional client service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the practice, including marketing initiatives and client acquisition strategies.
- Lead and mentor attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Drive the firm's vision and mission by aligning practice goals with overall company objectives.
- Manage complex legal cases, providing expert guidance on probate matters, estate administration, and trust disputes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their estate planning needs.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards, promoting best practices within the firm.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 10+ years of experience in probate law, with a proven track record of managing legal teams and complex cases.
