Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Probate Clerk to join our team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in legal studies or related field is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a legal support role, with a focus on probate or estate planning.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a law firm or legal department specializing in probate law.
- Knowledge of local probate court procedures and requirements.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems and legal document management software.
