Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Strong knowledge of telecommunication protocols such as SIP, H.323, and RTP.
- Proven experience with PBX platforms like Avaya, Cisco, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex technical issues in real-time.
Preferred:
- Experience in cloud-based PBX solutions and unified communications.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA Voice or Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist.
