Role Overview
We are seeking a Pediatric Medical Director to lead our pediatric healthcare initiatives, shaping clinical strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our young patients. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of clinical strategies for pediatric services, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the quality and safety of pediatric care, implementing best practices and clinical guidelines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative teams to develop and refine protocols, workflows, and care pathways for pediatric patients.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Pediatrics.
- A minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in pediatric medicine, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in pediatric subspecialties (e.g., pediatric cardiology, pediatric oncology) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and data analysis tools to drive clinical decisions.
- Prior experience in an academic or teaching setting, contributing to medical education and training.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in utilizing clinical data analytics to inform decision-making and improve patient care.
- Experience with telemedicine technologies and their application in pediatric care.
