Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief of Podiatry to lead our innovative healthcare organization in delivering exceptional podiatric care. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the podiatry department, aligning with overall organizational goals

- Lead a team of podiatrists and healthcare professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement
- Implement evidence-based protocols for diagnosis and treatment, driving quality improvement initiatives
- Analyze clinical outcomes and patient feedback to identify areas for enhancement and innovation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and effective resource utilization

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in podiatric medicine
- 10+ years of clinical experience in podiatry, with a proven track record of leadership in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships across all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with telehealth practices and integrating technology into patient care

- Advanced training or fellowship in a specialized area of podiatry
