Responsibilities

- Train and mentor junior operators on machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting techniques to foster a culture of excellence.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience operating and setting up plastic thread milling machines in a manufacturing environment.
