Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in jig and fixture design and fabrication within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CNC machining processes.
- Strong understanding of materials, tolerances, and machining techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Familiarity with automated tooling systems and technologies.
- Certification in tool design or a related field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
