Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 3+ years of experience in a human resources role, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory role or managing a team
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are highly desirable
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate reports for management
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes
