Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our fully remote banking operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee branch performance, manage client relationships, and drive business growth while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a remote team of banking professionals to achieve sales and service goals
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
