Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with cash handling and transaction processing
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in banking software and technology
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Working knowledge of financial products and services
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including cash registers and computers
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and tools
