Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Private Banking to lead and innovate our private banking division. In this strategic leadership role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of wealth management and client relationship management to design and implement tailored financial solutions for high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive private banking strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and client needs
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of private bankers and support staff to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Foster deep relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and proactively offering customized solutions
- Oversee risk management and compliance within the private banking division, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
- Collaborate with investment, lending, and financial planning teams to deliver holistic wealth management services
- Enhance operational efficiency and client experience through the implementation of innovative technologies and best practices
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or related financial services
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing high-net-worth client relationships
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and fostering a results-oriented culture
- Deep understanding of investment products, financial planning, and risk management
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in finance, economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
- Established network of potential clients and industry contacts
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling tools
- Experience with CRM software and client relationship management systems
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
