Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the correctional or penal system, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of criminal law, rehabilitation processes, and best practices in corrections.
- Proven track record of enhancing operational efficiencies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Preferred:
- Experience in implementing innovative rehabilitation programs with measurable outcomes.
- Strong network of relationships with government agencies, non-profits, and community organizations.
- PhD in a relevant field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
