Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) and valid state license.
- 5+ years of clinical experience in pediatrics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric medicine, including acute and chronic conditions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and team members.
Preferred:
- Experience in a teaching or academic setting.
- Active involvement in pediatric research or community outreach programs.
- Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
