Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Manager to lead our team of dedicated nurse practitioners in delivering exceptional pediatric care. Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, providing guidance on clinical practices and professional development opportunities.

- Participate in the hiring, training, and evaluation of nurse practitioners, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field with a specialization in Pediatrics.
- Current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) and active state licensure.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in pediatrics, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of pediatric healthcare policies, practices, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with staff, patients, and families.
