Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator who will serve as a vital link between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that each patient receives personalized and comprehensive care. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing role within a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and practices
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of insurance processes and medical billing
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with healthcare management software and EHR systems
