Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to preach effectively and engage diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Master of Divinity (M.Div) or equivalent advanced theological education.
- Experience in community outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Background in youth ministry or family ministry.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using church management software for administrative tasks.
- Experience with social media platforms for community engagement and outreach.
- Familiarity with audio-visual technology used in worship services.
