Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to serve as the Chair of the Pastoral Ministries Department. Responsibilities

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in pastoral ministry or theological education
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a ministry or educational setting
- Strong commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment within the department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in curriculum development and academic program administration
- Active involvement in community outreach and engagement initiatives
- Public speaking experience and ability to represent the institution at various events
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
