Role Overview
We are searching for a dedicated and passionate Parent Education Coordinator to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing educational programs designed for parents, fostering a supportive community that empowers families. Your expertise will guide the creation of innovative resources, workshops, and materials that facilitate learning and engagement among parents.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging educational programs and workshops that address the diverse needs of parents and caregivers.

- Conduct outreach and build relationships with community organizations to promote programs and increase participation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives through surveys, feedback, and data analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide support and guidance to parents through one-on-one consultations, group discussions, and online forums.
- Stay informed about the latest research and trends in parenting education, integrating best practices into program development.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Child Development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program development, community outreach, or adult education.
- Strong understanding of parenting issues and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Proven ability to create educational content that is engaging, informative, and accessible.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with online learning platforms and digital content creation.
- Familiarity with community resources and support services available to parents.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to develop educational materials.
- Strong data analysis skills to evaluate program effectiveness and generate reports.
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all programs run smoothly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
