Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Outpatient Therapy to lead our outpatient therapy services, driving excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all outpatient therapy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and pathways to enhance patient outcomes
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of therapy staff, fostering a culture of professional growth
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and address complex needs

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in outpatient therapy settings
- Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement initiatives
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Preferred:
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment
- Background in program development and implementation
- Certification in healthcare management or leadership
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
