Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and compassionate Director of Counseling Services to lead our mental health programs. This role will be pivotal in shaping our counseling services, enhancing client outcomes, and fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mental health services, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of counseling theories, practices, and ethical standards.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective mental health programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent.
- Experience with grant writing and funding acquisition for mental health initiatives.
- Familiarity with telehealth services and digital mental health tools.
