Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief of Orthopedic Surgery to lead our surgical department. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance our orthopedic services, ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering innovation in surgical practices.
Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery with an active medical license.
- A minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, including leadership roles in an orthopedic surgery setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced orthopedic surgical techniques and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a large academic or community hospital setting.
