Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of database applications, ensuring they meet high standards of performance and reliability. You will work closely with senior developers and stakeholders to gain insights and grow your skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and functions to meet project requirements
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions on best practices and optimization techniques
- Support the testing and debugging of applications, ensuring all functionality works as expected
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions based on data analysis
- Document processes, technical specifications, and system architecture
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Database concepts
- Familiarity with SQL and database design principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Internship or academic project experience involving PL/SQL development
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of performance tuning and SQL optimization techniques
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
