Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in engineering design and project management within the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and codes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
Preferred:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience with project management software and collaboration tools

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
