Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Network Operations to lead our network infrastructure and operations team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align network initiatives with product development and business growth strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in network operations or engineering, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic impact.
- Strong expertise in network architecture, design, and implementation, including experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale network operations in a hybrid environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud networking solutions and technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or similar platforms.
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and architectures.
- Experience with network security practices and technologies, including intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
- Knowledge of SD-WAN and network virtualization technologies.
