Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior National Account Manager to support our national account management team in driving strategic growth initiatives and maintaining excellent client relationships. In this role, you will collaborate with senior team members to develop account strategies and execute plans that enhance our customer experience and drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key national accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support the development and execution of account plans to achieve sales targets and enhance account performance
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align on customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on account status, performance metrics, and growth opportunities
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer support roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics effectively
Preferred:
- Experience working in a national account management or sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques
