Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or sales
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is advantageous
- Understanding of marketing principles and customer lifecycle management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to track and manage client interactions
- Experience with data analysis tools to interpret client data and market trends
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
