Role Overview
We are looking for an Executive Music Video Producer to lead the creative and logistical aspects of music video production for our high-profile artist roster. This role requires a strong track record in producing visually stunning and innovative music videos that resonate with audiences and enhance the artist's brand identity. As a key player in our creative team, you will collaborate closely with directors, artists, and marketing teams to deliver impactful visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of music video production from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with the artist's vision and brand strategy
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and production teams to create visually compelling narratives that align with the artist's message
- Source and negotiate contracts with talent, crew, and vendors while fostering strong relationships within the industry
- Coordinate with marketing and promotional teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies that amplify the reach and impact of each music video
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and elevate our music video productions
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in music video production or relevant creative fields, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects
- Proven ability to lead complex productions and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, and post-production processes
Preferred:
- Experience working with well-known artists and navigating the dynamics of high-profile productions
- Knowledge of music industry trends, audience engagement, and digital distribution methods
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in production management software and tools (e.g., Shotgun, Trello, or similar)
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools
- Understanding of lighting, sound, and camera equipment used in music video production
