- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and real estate agents to schedule closing appointments and ensure a smooth closing process.
- Communicate effectively with borrowers to explain closing procedures, answer questions, and provide updates throughout the closing process.
- Maintain organized records of all closing transactions and ensure timely submission of all required documents to relevant parties.
- Support senior closers in various tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry or related field.
- Basic understanding of mortgage loan processes and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with closing software and mortgage loan processing systems.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing mortgage loans.
