Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, processing guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience with loan origination systems and mortgage processing software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implement solutions.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in mortgage processing software and tools, such as Encompass or Calyx Point.
- Understanding of data analysis tools and reporting software.
- Familiarity with compliance management systems.
