Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Marketing Analytics Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations that enhance marketing effectiveness
- Oversee the design and execution of A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to validate marketing strategies
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of driving actionable insights
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience with statistical analysis and deriving insights from large datasets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience in a hybrid work environment and familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing channels
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo
- Experience in e-commerce or B2C environments
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Familiarity with R or Python for data analysis
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices
