We are looking for a visionary Chief Manufacturing Officer (CMO) to lead our manufacturing operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Oversee the integration of best practices across all manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of manufacturing leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure manufacturing performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet production targets.
- Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in manufacturing practices.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale manufacturing operations, including experience with multi-site management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, including automation, robotics, and process optimization.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools to drive operational insights.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficient in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, including 3D printing, IoT, and AI applications in manufacturing.
